Day after sessions are my most favorite thing ever for weddings. I totally wish they were a thing when I got married!! Haven’t heard of a day after session? Let me tell you why I am completely obsessed and 5 reasons why you should be too.

You can go somewhere gorgeous with amazing views. You can go anywhere, get out in nature or go somewhere that is super special to you. So many people are eloping for this reason but elopements aren’t for everyone. Day after sessions allow you to have a big wedding and still get beautiful shots of the two of you with epic views.

The wedding stress is over. So much is going on the day of your wedding and sometimes it can be hard to relax. At the day after session there’s no stress and no timeline, nobody telling you where to go. We can take our time, have some fun, and get some gorgeous shots of you & your love.

You will get so many more couples photos. Your wedding day doesn’t always allow time for us to really get a ton of couples portraits. If you do a day after session you don’t have to worry about it. You can spend your wedding day with your family and friends & still get lots of photos of just the two of you! Win win.

You get to wear your wedding dress again. You get to put on your beautiful dress and you don’t even have to worry about getting it dirty. You can let your hair down and just focus on adventuring with your love.

It makes for an amazing experience. Let’s face it, when you look back on your wedding day you will remember the amazing adventure you had the day after! It allows you to spend another day together just really celebrating being married. You not only will have more variety of photos, you get to go on an adventure and create beautiful memories. We can really enjoy nature, connect with each other, and get more creative with photos opportunities.

Day after sessions don’t have to be planned on the day after your wedding. You can take time after your wedding to let things settle and then schedule when you are ready.
